We have some of the most experienced talent in the world today working in Saongroup. We provide a comprehensive training program to all new starters.

A typical Saongroup induction will involve:-

    • Online demonstrations and testing
    • One to one mentoring sessions
    • On the job training

Typical training sessions cover all aspects of the business from sales generation, online marketing, financial budgeting and forecasting and web development.

Meet the HR Team

Name : Neil Collins
Neil worked as a Recruitment Consultant in Elan IT Resource two years before moving to IrishJobs.ie where he has worked for over four years, working initially as an Account Manager before being promoted to HR Manager at the beginning of 2006.
Name : Denise Hannon
Denise joined Saongroup in March 2007 from Reed Personnel Services where she worked as a Recruitment Consultant for 5 years.
Name : Catherine Buggy

Catherine joined Saongroup as HR Executive in 2010. Catherine acts as a HR Business Partner to all companies outside China in areas such as company policy, employee management, absence management, employee communication, CSR, benefits management and training.

Catherine holds a BSc in Social Science from University College Dublin, and a Masters in Human Resource Management from The Smurfit Business School. Catherine also holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from NCI and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
