Job Title: General Manager
Orla’s role involves leading a team of sales people ensuring monthly and quarter targets are delivered. She is actively involved in interviewing and training new recruits, account managing and renewing key clients, attending sales meetings with the team and monitoring activity and proposals being sent out by the team each day.
Orla joined in 1999 as PA to CEO and helped set up Dublin office of Irishjobs.ie. She started in Sales Team as Business Development Executive in 2000. Excellent sales performance ensured Orla was promoted to Senior Account Manager in 2003, Team Leader in 2005, Sales Director in 2007 and General Manager of Irishjobs.ie in 2008.

Catherine joined Saongroup as HR Executive in 2010. Catherine acts as a HR Business Partner to all companies outside China in areas such as company policy, employee management, absence management, employee communication, CSR, benefits management and training.
Catherine holds a BSc in Social Science from University College Dublin, and a Masters in Human Resource Management from The Smurfit Business School. Catherine also holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from NCI and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
